Action:

As of 11:45, there was no quorum, so the meeting was postponed.

The secretary will send an e-mail to the President for determination as Maxine

to whether or not this meeting will be re-scheduled to next week or

cancelled altogether.

The Treasurer noted that a cheque for $50.00 has been issued to Tom Gallagher

for attending the PSAC Regional Health & Safety Conference on the

provisio that Tom would provide a copy of the PSAC cheque he received as

verification of attendance at the conference. To-date, a copy of the PSAC

cheque has not been received.

The minutes from all the previous meetings have now been completed by the

Secretary and will be presented to the committee at the next meeting for

acceptance.
